먼저 인천 검단 박물관 도서관 국제설계공모에 참가등록 해 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다.

참가등록 정보 중 수정이 필요한 부분에 대하여 공지 드리고자 합니다.

본 공모는 국내·외 건축사가 단독 또는 공동으로 참여할 수 있습니다. 여기서 공동이라 함은 두 개 이상의 참가자(회사)가 공동수급체를 구성하여 공모에 참여함을 뜻합니다. 하나의 회사 내에서 대표가 여러명인 경우 각각 대표사, 공동응모사로 등록할 수 없습니다. 

만약, 대표자 및 공동응모자의 사무소가 공동대표일 경우 대표자를 지정한 후, [서식 2] 대표자 선임계를 작성하여 공동수급체 내에서 또 다시 대표자를 지정해야 합니다. 즉, 동일한 회사 이름으로 공동응모자 1, 공동응모자 2에 중복 기입할 수 없습니다.

회사명을 중복하여 참가등록 하셨을 경우 작품접수(2023년 2월 10일) 시 까지 대표자를 지정하여 올바른 서식을 작성하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.(현장제출)

추가로 대표자 성함 란에 여러 명의 대표자 성함을 기입하신 경우에도(대표가 2인 이상인 경우) [서식 2] 대표자 선임계를 작성하여 한 명의 대표자를 지정해야 합니다.

First of all, thank you very much for registering for the International Design Competition for Incheon Geomdan Museum Library Cultural Complex.

We would like to inform you about the part of the participation registration information that needs to be corrected.

In this competition, domestic and foreign architects may participate individually or jointly. Joint here means that two or more participants (companies) participate in the competition by forming a consortium. If there are multiple representatives within one company, they cannot be registered as representative companies or joint applicants. In other words, the same company name cannot be entered twice for co-applicant 1 and co-applicant 2.

If there’s co-representative in your office, you should appoint the representative for your company (use Form 2). And then, you will also need to appoint the representative for the consortium (use Form 2).

If you have registered for participation with duplicate company names, please appoint a representative by the time of submission of the work (February 10, 2023) and fill out and submit the correct form.(on-site submission)

In addition, even if multiple representatives' names are entered in the representative's name column (in case there are more than two representatives), one representative must be appointed by filling out [Form 2] Appointment of Representative.
