해외 참가자가 외국에서 우편으로 보내는 경우 송장(배송조회 번호 포함)을 아래 메일로 보내주셔야 합니다.(필수)

송장은 작품이 안전하게 도착하고, 접수하는 과정에 도움이 됩니다. 배송단계에서의 작품 분실 및 손상에 대한 책임은 참가자에게 있습니다.

또한 마감시간(02월 10일(금) 17:00, 한국시간 기준)은 접수 장소에 우편이 배송완료되는 시간 기준이므로, 사전에 발송했더라도 마감시간 이후 배송 완료된 작품은 심사 대상에서 제외됩니다.

Invoices help ensure that your work arrives safely and is received. Participants are responsible for any loss or damage during the delivery stage.

In addition, the deadline (February 10th (Fri) 17:00, Korea Standard Time (KST), UTC +9) is based on the time when the mail is delivered to the reception location, so works that have been delivered after the deadline are excluded from the Jury review even if they have been sent in advance.
